Ingredients
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 can of fat-reduced cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of fat-reduced cream of celery soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chopped leftover turkey
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ¼ cup green onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ½ cup chow mein noodles
Directions
- Preset oven for 350°F.
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Combine soup and water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add turkey.
- Once rice is ready, add it to the pot. Cook on a low setting for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish, and add carrots, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
- Cook 10 more minutes.
