Ingredients
- 2 cups of canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. tahini
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. paprika
Directions
- Place chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and water in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in tahini, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Continue to blend.
