• 1 1/2 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 oz. prosciutto


  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Wrap the asparagus with the prosciutto.
  • Put asparagus on a baking sheet. (Do not grease the sheet as the prosciutto will have enough moisture.) Cook until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy on all sides (about 6 to 10 minutes). Flip halfway through.
