Ingredients

  • 1 package peeled baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions

  • In a large saucepan, cook the carrots, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the orange juice, honey and ginger. Drizzle over warm carrots. Toss to coat. To serve, sprinkle with parsley.

  • Place the green beans in a large bowl. Toss them with the olive oil and chili garlic sauce.
  • Transfer the beans to a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Stir in the lime juice and season with pepper.
